WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER DOING CAR WASH BUSINESS

This is  a rapidly growing business often ignored by many people. There is much money in the business, and you may not have noticed this especially when you see some boys busy at cleaning cars with tattered clothes.

THE TRUTH
Have you ever wondered the cost of cleaning a car? Well, it ranges from 400 to 600naira per car. And it takes 30 to 45minutes for a thorough clean up both inside and outside the car. Indeed, you are solving people’s problems and for that reason they are ready to pay you for the service.

THE REQUIREMENTS
To start this business you need an ideal or strategic location. This way you increase your chances of attracting more customers. For a repeat patronage you have to do a thorough job with each customer’s car, otherwise you scare them away. Also, you need a regular and guaranteed source of water in your well. Additionally, you need other cleaning materials such as rags, soaps, buckets, etc.

THE COST
Investment capital is not usually high since you are going to rent a space. Also, the choice is yours if you are going to sink a borehole or not. You can start the job by yourself and later employ other boys by the time you have expanded.

PROFIT POTENTIAL
The profit level is high. Just imagine: if you wash ten cars a day you average 4000naira. Calculate this for a month and you arrive at 120,000naira. So, is this business lucrative? Your guess is as good as mine. Call 07031384722 for further consultation.

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS? YOU WILL MAKE GREAT CASH

The world is full of problems and virtually everyone has one problem or the other. For this reason, some people are desperate to have their problems solved. However, it is quite disturbing if you do not know how to go about your problems. In view of this, the world will bless you abundantly if you are a problem solver. In fact, people will go to great length just to have their problems solved no matter the financial cost provided you lift the burden off their shoulders.

If you solve a universal problem, you amass great wealth. Bill Gate does this and so he is stupendously rich. The same can be said of AlikoDangote, Mark Zuckerberg, Henry Ford, the list is endless. Indeed entrepreneurs are the richest people in the world because of their audacity in solving problems.
THE LESSON
Look around your environment carefully. There is one problem or the other waiting to be solved. Does your environment lack a nice restaurant? Are people unemployed? Are people always going to other places in search of a good phone engineer? Do students go very far to search for a good coaching center? So on and so forth.

THE BOTTOM LINE: Be a problem solver and people will come begging you with their money to have their problems fixed. Do something today. Stop waiting for the government to provide a job for you. Be creative, innovative and imaginative.

HOW YOU CAN BID FOR A CONTRACT AND WIN

The business environment is getting tougher everyday. Competition is high. Even so more and more people are getting into business not minding if they are truly ready for the challenges. No wonder business is referred to as a 21st Century war. In the book THE ART OF WAR by Tsun Zu, various marketing strategies were advanced in other to rise above the competition. Among others, it was acknowledge that customers are highly influenced by what they see.

Consider this scenario: Mr Jack and Samson are in the same profession. Both of them are bidding for the same contract. Jack approached the client on foot with a casual wear and submitted a quotation of 150,000 naira for the project. Later, Samson approached the same client with a ford jeep and well dressed. His quotation was 250,000 naira for the same project. Who do you imagine would get the contract? Mr. Samson of course.

THE LESSON
Quite too often this situation plays out favouring the guy with a great impression of success. Clients hardly care if you are more competent than the competition who flaunt his perceived success or wealth by riding big cars and wearing exotic clothes to bid for a contract. Understanding client behavior and psychology should make you to fake it before you make it. In other words, if it is possible, rent a car and dress properly whenever you are bidding for a big contract.

THE TRUTH
People associate poverty with low quality as seen in the scenario above. Also, any cheap price raises suspicion  of low quality. For some inexplicable reasons, the level of trust is raised or decreased depending on the way you appear before the clients as seen in the scenario above.

VEGETABLE FARMING—ARE YOU READY TO MAKE REAL CASH?

Many of us may not have thought that there is money in vegetable farming. Many women are making money secretly in this area. In fact, vegetables have become a necessary part of most meals in almost every family. Whenever  I want to cook any soup, I usually add pumpkin leaf to it. I simply cannot do without it. And this might be your case too.

If you go to market regularly to purchase vegetable, then you will realize just how expensive it is. A small bunch of pumpkin that you can rap easily in your palm sells for 50 naira. This quantity is not even enough to put in your soup. In most cases you have to buy 100 naira worth of pumpkin. The same goes for other vegetables. The bottom line: vegetables are very expensive and you will make pretty good money if you decide to venture into this business.

Sometime ago, I saw a woman trying to board a motor bike to the market with a big bunch of pumpkin leaf. When I asked her the cost of the bunch she said it was 20,000naira. I was surprised. I never knew it would cost that much. Interestingly, pumpkin leaf is in high demand. You sell it immediately it gets to the market. You can also sell it within your neighbourhood.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR A START
To start vegetable farming you need a good knowledge about the crop. You need to know when it is planted for maximum yield. Also, you need a fertile plot of land for this purpose. To realize more profit you need to take the produce to market yourself after harvest. By so doing, you eliminate middlemen.

TUTORIAL CENTRE—A SECRET WAY TO MAKE MONEY

A lot of persons are making money with coaching centres. If you look around carefully, you will probably see these centres. They groom students for external examinations such as WAEC, NECO, GCE, UTME, etc. It has been observed that many students who have reached SSS 3, soon stop going to their regular school and prefer attending lecture centre from home. This is the situation every year. It is a need that should be satisfied.

I have a friend that has a lecture centre at Ugbighoko, Benin City. He graduated from the University of Benin from the department of Law. When I asked him how he got the inspiration, he explained to me that he did an entrepreneurial course which sparked his interest in that direction. He opened the tutorial centre in 2013 and has been doing well ever since. Every year, he coaches more than 400 students for different exams. Indeed, this guy is making a lot of money. Just imagine each student pays 2500 naira monthly. What I admire most in this young man is his aggressive marketing strategies.

THE REQUIREMENT
You require some form of qualification to properly satisfy this need. Are you an English or Maths teacher? This is a fine opportunity to tap into this need. However, if you are good at teaching or you surround yourself with a crop of seasoned teachers you will excel greatly.

FACILITIES REQUIRED
1.       You need to locate your coaching centre in a strategic place to appeal to a wider range of students.
2.       Boards and chairs
3.       Textbooks and other teaching aids.
